Just kidding.  It would mostly just depend on what you need.  Keep in
mind that you can read Windows files from BSD but not vice verse (and
writing is kind of sketchy).

On a recent 20GB HD I put 5GB for Windows, 10GB for FreeBSD and left
the other 5 open so I could add it to either one.

What do you need your Windows box for?  That will mostly determine how
much space you want to allocate to it.
