The SuperMicro board isn't, so I'm probably screwed there. I think it is possible to probe it by putting in a card in one slot at a time and seeing how their BIOS initializes the IRQ register in that card. The GPIOs and ACPI stuff are definitely going to be a problem though - one I hadn't fully considered before. Damn. We really were hoping we'd get some help from a motherboard vendor but that just hasn't been the case.
