Hi Yuri,
try this below,

export LANG=zh_TW.UTF-8
export LC_CTYPE=zh_TW.UTF-8
export  LC_MESSAGES en_US.ISO8859-1
export  LC_TIME en_US.ISO8859-1

this may let your gcin working and keep your system speak in english
