The man page for pkg_fetch says this:

     The following command line arguments are supported:

     pkgname             Specify a full pkgname, a pkgname without version
                         followed by an @, or a full URI.

But it doesn't say what appending a '@' to the package name means.  Some
experimentation doesn't reveal any difference.

Anyone know what the '@' does?
