Sorry, I had forgotten that the NO_SENDMAIL option in /etc/make.conf
was a 3.0-only feature (with which sendmail can be easily turned off
so that this doesn't happen).  You will indeed need to do things as
David suggests (or put a post-world target in /etc/make.conf which
installs the other sendmail - that works for both 2.2.x and 3.x).
