Hello Jamie, Thanks - I see there is a new file added tcp_ratelimit.c (probably to emulate tc-fq behavior under Linux?). However, don't see this file under "netinet/"....am I missing something? Is there a way to checkout the entire netinet/ code with BBR changes in FreeBSD? I would like to build, experiment and report back my observations. Thanks for your help!
