First of all you can easily edit mailbox via any text editor in any case, I don't see a point to disable it _inside_elm_. Moreover, I was recently hitted by missing of this function dealing with semi-correct attachment with unknown charset, only way to fix it was mailbox editing. I think disabling mailbox editing not gain mailbox integrity but really stop experienced users. -- Andrey A.
