hello
If I remember correctly, there was such an extension for the
Firewall-1 product from Checkpoint (ckeck it on www.checkpoint.com)
There has been recently (I can't find the refernce now) a merger
beetween a firewall company and a virus checking company ("total
security solutions")
All depends on the quality of the virus database (and the marketing
hype to sell it)

Objet : Virus checking e-mail attachments

Hi
There seems to be a lot of products available for Windoze NT etc. that
run on a mail server and scan e-mails (or their attachments) for
viruses.
Is their anything available for FreeBSD that does this (or any
other flavour of UN*X) ?
What I'm looking for is something that, if it detects a virus can
encapsulate an e-mail and warn the user that they should check it.
