In case you do it the other way round, there is a tool on the FreeBSD CD to install the bootmanager afterwards. I don't remember how it is called, but it works fine. Just checking....I know that Win2k writes over the MBR but is it possible to install Win2k first then install FreeBSD? and just use the FreeBSD bootmanager for both OS's?
