Not really, it tends to keep people focused on need-to-haves rather than 
want-to-haves. Works quite well in a team environment where everyone is 
already 200% overloaded. And I thought it might work with a volunteer 
group that is focused on producing new things that work rather than 
making old, now potentially obsolete, things work in somewhat weird ways. 
Sorry if I offended anyone. I'll keep my ideas to myself since I've now 
been discouraged from expressing them :-)
