Hi there. This most likely isn't a bug, but I'm assuming this is the correct address for support issues, rather than 'questions@FreeBSD.org'. I'm having a problem with the install boot floppy on my machine and I was hoping you'd seen something like this before. I'm using FreeBSD 2.1.6 from CD-ROM. My system is a Pentium 120 currently running Win95 on a C drive, with a D drive waiting for FreeBSD. I used the makeflp.bat to create the boot disk. I reboot my machine with the floppy inside. It comes to the Boot: prompt, then continues to boot after a moment. A few seconds later, as it is showing the load in progress (something about reading text) it begins to spam this on the screen and doesn't stop (I let it go for 20 minutes): Error D:0x0 C:14 H:0 S:2 I assumed it was a problem with the floppy I made, so I've tried another, but the same problem occured in the same way. Any ideas? I'd really appreciate help. Also, since I'm sure you're very busy, I'd appreciate any references to mailing lists or appropriate news groups that I might also be able to get help in. Looking forward to using your great OS, Nickhelp
