2.6.5 patch

This patch updates the port to 2.6.5 version. The new subpixel hinting mode
that is present in this version in enabled by default (it's disabled by default
in upstream code), since the previous subpixel hinting mode also was enabled by
default (even though upstream kept it disabled).

It builds fine on 10.3-RELEASE.
