Patch to update graphics/clutter

- Update to 1.26.4
- Adjust dependencies
- Switch to Meson build system
- Add by default Wayland and Gdk backends

Note: Gdk backend adds support of Gdk backend for x11/xfce4-dashboard
(currently only X11 is available).

Wayland depends of bug #249880
