handbook/x11: remove duplication

There is a Tip in section "5.2. Installing Xorg" which states:

"Video cards, monitors, and input devices are automatically detected and do not
require any manual configuration. Do not create xorg.conf or run a -configure
step unless automatic configuration fails."

But the exact same text is already in section "5.4. Xorg Configuration", and it
seems more relevant to stay here (in 5.4 section).

So I suggest to remove such lines from section "5.2. Installing Xorg".
