https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=280538 Bug ID: 280538 Summary: adduser man page references wrong log file Product: Documentation Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Many People Priority: --- Component: Manual Pages Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: herbert.baerschneider@protonmail.com CC: doc@FreeBSD.org The man page of adduser states that the log file for the program is "/var/log/adduser". During some tests on FreeBSD 14.0, I encountered that the usage of "adduser" creates new entries in the log file "/var/log/userlog". This is seemingly from "adduser" utilizing "pw" in the background. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.home | help
