adduser.conf(8) in FreeBSD 14.1 says:
   Zflag          Do not attempt to create ZFS home dataset.

but /usr/sbin/adduser is checking for Zcreate:
   if [ "${Zcreate}" = "yes" ]; then

Change man page to reference Zcreate instead of Zflag
