https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=291067 Bug ID: 291067 Summary: RANDOM_ENABLE_TPM breaks suspend/resume Product: Base System Version: CURRENT Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: kern Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: garga@FreeBSD.org Created attachment 265477 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=265477&action=edit dmesg I've upgraded my CURRENT laptop to 82d8a5029a80 and noticed it couldn't resume from suspend anymore. After discussing it on mailing lists and bisecting changes between previous version I figured out that RANDOM_ENABLE_TPM kernel option is the culprit. Removing it from kernel makes the system to work as expected.
