https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=291341 Bug ID: 291341 Summary: Encrypted home doesn't work during install FreeBSD 15.0 Product: Base System Version: 15.0-RELEASE Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: misc Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: yonas.yanfa@gmail.com I just tried installing FreeBSD 15-RELEASE. When creating a non-root user, it asked if I wanted to enable ZFS encryption. I chose yes, but it later errored out saying the dataset didn't exist. I suppose bsdinstall tried to enable ZFS encryption a bit too early, because the home dataset was created, but not encrypted. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.home | help
