The math/py-pandas port still refers to expired port devel/py-boto, this need
to be updated to www/py-boto3 and check this version is supported.

BOTO_RUN_DEPENDS= ${PYTHON_PKGNAMEPREFIX}boto>0:devel/py-boto@${PY_FLAVOR}
