The online sh(1) man page formatting is broken in 15.0, resulting in built-in
command names not being displayed. This seems not to affect the man pages on a
FreeBSD install, just the freebsd.org version. Eyeballing the mdoc source for
sh.1, it's not obvious to me why one should be different from the other.

Scroll to the getopts section and compare to 14.3, note that indentation and
command names are wrong starting with the hash builtin:
