> For People New to Both FreeBSD and UNIX®

There's a date of modification (2021), but no date of publication, and I doubt
that a newbie will benefit from the next steps (currently part 7).

<https://docs.freebsd.org/en/articles/new-users/#next-steps>; describes CDROM
content that I can not find in the live system with
FreeBSD-15.0-STABLE-amd64-20260226-b642867c2cc7-282457-disc1.iso

CDROM content appears in the 3.3-RELEASE archive at
<https://docs-archive.freebsd.org/doc/3.3-RELEASE/usr/share/doc/en_US.ISO_8859-1/articles/new-users/c516.html>.

Later
<https://docs-archive.freebsd.org/doc/4.0-RELEASE/usr/share/doc/en_US.ISO_8859-1/articles/new-users/index.html>;
shows the author, and what might have been the year of first publication:

> Annelise Anderson
> …
>
> August 15, 1997

Side notes:

* bug 274181 for authors' names
* bug 293519 comment 1 led me to speed-read part of this article.
