Release announcement can be found here: https://lists.claws-mail.org/pipermail/users/2026-March/034710.html The patch also includes making GTK3 the default, it has been 20 months since the last GTK2 release, GTK3 should be the default. Its been 5 years [1] since GTK2 becoming EOL, this would therefore be a security concern. I don't see why GTK3 is not default when its the maintained version.
