patch for sysutils/rubygem-redfish_client

This patch updates the redfish_client Ruby GEM to the most recent version
0.8.0.

Changes:
https://github.com/xlab-steampunk/redfish-client-ruby/commits/0.8.0

The excon runtime dependency was updated to the required version (see
https://github.com/xlab-steampunk/redfish-client-ruby/blob/master/redfish_client.gemspec).
