Hi folks, I need to backup my whole disk, re organize my partitions, and then restore the whole thing. The problem is that the only place where I can put the backup is a samba mount. dd and dump won't work (they won't put the data on a directory). What else could I do? Don't forget that I also need to backup the whole / and /var (which gives sometimes problems with some unreadable files) Thank you! -- Pietro "Piter" Cerutti <pietro.cerutti@gmail.com> <piter@beansidhe.ch> Beansidhe - SwiSS Death / Thrash Metal <www.beansidhe.ch> Windows: "Where do you want to go today?"
