Linprocfs is totally independent of the linuxulator, and doesn't need
it to run. Ideally, once it becomes machine-independent (or at least
runs on more platforms than just i386), it should move to
/sys/compat/linprocfs. I'd rather *not* see it integrated into the
linuxulator, as that would make it a *lot* more difficult for me to
maintain (I'd have to kill any Linux binaries I have running every
time I want to test a change)
