Ah, thanks! This got me here:
Loader variables:
Manual root filesystem specification:
<fstype>:<device> [options]
Mount <device> using filesystem <fstype>
and with the specified (optional) option list.
eg. ufs:/dev/da0s1a
zfs:tank
cd9660:/dev/cd0 ro
(which is equivalent to: mount -t cd9660 -o ro /dev/cd0 /)
? List valid disk boot devices
. Yield 1 second (for background tasks)
<empty line> Abort manual input
mountroot> ?
List of GEOM managed disk devices:
da0 diskid/DISK-E79F652A mmcsd1 diskid/DISK-BDA51C2Ds2a ufsid/582fa82db6b4890b diskid/DISK-BDA51C2Ds2 diskid/DISK-BDA51C2Ds1 mmcsd0s2a msdosfs/BOOT diskid/DISK-BDA51C2D mmcsd0s2 mmcsd0s1 mmcsd0
I tried this (not really knowing what I'm doing):
mountroot> ufs:/dev/da0s1a
Trying to mount root from ufs:/dev/da0s1a []...
mountroot: waiting for device /dev/da0s1a...
Mounting from ufs:/dev/da0s1a failed with error 19.
Any suggestions on how to go on from here?
