Yep. I have a Realport 10/100 ethernet/56k modem plugged in at the moment,
using this pccard.conf entry:

-------
# Xircom Realport card + modem

card "Xircom" "16-bit Ethernet + Modem 56"
        config 0x27 "xe0" 9
        insert /sbin/ifconfig $device [my ip]
        insert /sbin/route add default [my default route]
        remove /sbin/ifconfig xe0 delete
-------

Note that this is for the ethernet interface only, although I believe the
modem can be made to work also.

There's a whole bunch of info at http://ukug.uk.freebsd.org/~scott/xe_drv/

Regards,

Nick.
