It relied on code in www/en/cgi/ports.cgi removed in revision 1.84, in November 2005. In turn, that code was removed because INDEX files are no longer regularly rebuilt in CVS, which is unlikely to change. Although it's probably fixable by modifying the way ports.cgi works, as nobody seems to have noticed that this script hasn't worked for 18 months, there doesn't seem much point.
