Reading manpage again I think I find simpler solution: if we move minpassword* capabilities to the "Not supported in the base" list, we don't need to mention PAM at all, i.e. we can safely remove all PAM references. PAM here is merely for description in what way they are "not supported", so mentioning of it gains nothing for describing LOGIN_CAP library functionlality. -- Andrey A.
