Joerg stated that more people were being harmed than helped by our default routed configuration, and given that he single-handedly answers about 90% of the questions in comp.os.unix.pc.bsd.post44.freebsd.misc.questions.silly, I figured there was no reason to disbelieve him and disabled it by default. Now we have some people screaming that this is wrong, but nothing concrete enough for me to say "OK, so if I set ``router=routed'' and ``routerflags=-deadbeef'', it will work without hosing the ppp users.
