There's something wrong with your gettext port. The symbol
nl_langinfo() (which came about in 4.6 IIRC) is missing from your
system. If you installed gettext from packages, reinstall it from
ports. If this is 4.6 or higher, then perhaps something is messed up
with your libc.so or libc_r.so. Make sure you don't have NOLIBC_R
defined in /etc/make.conf, and make sure that /usr/lib/libc.so points to
/usr/lib/libc.so.4. Also, make sure if you're running -STABLE or
-CURRENT that your world is in sync with your kernel.
