It looks like the sendmail.cf rules on hub are incorrectly defined -- this
should not have gotten past the RBL check.  This would explain an earlier
comment that the RBL rules had not resulted in any blocked messages.

Also note that it came from a machine with no PTR record available -- so why
didn't the earlier check get it?  Has all spam checking been disabled on hub?
