but does it works?  I mean: is the linux-flashplugin9 stable?  I read
many things about the fact people should stick to linux-flashplugin7.

This document is about linux-flashplugin7 not linux-flashplugin9.

To sum up: it's Ok to change the current doc for www/nspluginwrapper
since this one can be used under both i386/amd64 arch.  But regarding
the flashplugin version, the linux-flashplugin7 is known to be stable
(most of time) but I'm not sure the same can be said for
linux-flashplugin9.
