Hi, I've reformatted it roughly into the style more used by the doc
project:

<para>blah blah blah
  blah blah blah.</para>

<title>foo</title>, not
<title>foo
</title> (same for filename)

<screen> and its contents are always on the left margin (they're
whitespace-sensitive).

Use <note> for notes.

Use <literal> instead of <userinput> for mentioning lines to be
added/changed in a file whilst in a paragraph context.

Don't put non-screen stuff in <screen>. (actually, not sure on this one)

I've put the resulting article.sgml at
http://rucus.ru.ac.za/~nbm/article.sgml for perusal. (requires the
addition of &man.ypbind.8;, see my next PR.)

We should probably change <prompt>#</prompt> to &prompt.root;, but
I'm not sure of all the contexts yet.

Neil
