G'day Jerry Its not that I have a particular affiliation with any specific company or products, I simply don't have the time, patience or inclination to mess with things that don't work properly. Other than the list that Jordan made up a while back, there doesn't appear to be much in the way of newbie warnings about troublesome hardware, so thats where the matter of a hardware HOW_NOT_TO originated. Its worth finding the time to prepare even if only to minimize the "help" calls the support folk in Apana receive.
