I agree.  I'm so sad to see however, replies to people that are so much
less than professional (not that we have to necessarily be such all the
time).  I'm convinced that some of the problem is attitudes and the
unwillingness to be open and help.  People move and go to communities that
they feel better being a part of.

I can only wonder how many people we have lost here to linux that might
have asked a question and ended up being treated like sh**.  Hey, it won't
happen but once to me, and I run an ISP with a wide variety of OS's.

Nothin is very warm here, nor on the BSDI lists either.  It's hurting the
entire community, just sub to some of the linux lists and see for yourself
how the help flows.  It made it commercial, it started early and earned
itself a rep for cooperation not spitefulness.
