Hallo, I try to install freeBSD 10.0 in a Vbox for the first time. Now i found same diffentce between the german handbook and the real Instaltionroutine. Now your procedure say, that i have to chekc at first the englisch version of the handbook. That is very worst, because the contect of booth are total diffent , so that i have many throbble to checkout where my diffent is between the real whold, the german handbook and the englisch one. What’s now correct, what i found on my PC or the gernan handbook or the english one? Example: The portmanager is not in the port-tree on the instation via DVD and portupdate, -grade. In the german handbook the capter 5.5.4.3. And 5.5.4.4. explane the Portmanager. In the english one, it is the captor 5.5.3.1. Upgrading Ports Using Portmaster. Now my questen: Is the Portmanager still a tool of freeBSD 10.0? And which handbook is newer? The english or the german one? With best gerade, boserhelp
