It takes 2-3 seconds to load. > I am also not experiencing issues with screen redraws. Same here, using 5.2.1-RELEASE on a dual 450Mhz P2-Xeon. Firebird takes about 10 seconds to load and I have no issues with screen redraws even though I'm using a xinerama configuration with two PCI cards. Bye Marc
