Just my 2 cents and a staple ... A staple bent properly and wedged in the crimp part of the pin between the green wire to a black wire does the trick for me. Now I turn that machine on via the power switch on the back of the power supply which ATX power supply people are now adding. I have a devel motherboard that I'm using without a manual and without a working on button. For more info just look at the various ATX spec's online. Doug A.
