This is a scratch port for people who want to beta test the next version of MIT Kerberos before it is released. When it is released, ports/security/krb5 will be updated as appropriate and this port will be removed again. By contrast, a port called `krb5-devel' would be something different (such as a development branch from CVS) and _would_ require a repocopy. Maybe this is what you have in mind. Cheers, -- Jacques A. (2) The port reorganization cleaned out the attics, so we don't have the revisions for the previous krb5-beta incarnations anyway.
