(Cause I sent in the old license, and it's the same as the previous license, which is the same as the all 1.1 licenses.) I also spoke with some some licensees, and they were only required to sign the one license, and haven't been asked to continually sign licenses. That being said, if you all wouldn't mind it would be 'safer' if you submitted a new license agreement.
