Yes, provided that the company fills out (and intends to obey) the non-commercial license. That is what my company did. I did get one email later from someone in Sun (in Singapore) querying what my company was doing, but this was after they had approved the license. Seems like a sensible approach on their part. They just allowed me to upgrade to the 1.1.5 sources under the existing license (which was approved less than a year ago).
