Maybe someone else has > a more useful answer. It [porters handbook] is actually part of the doc tree, created to be the authority on working with ports ;) Just like the FDP Primer is the authority on documentation, and the committers-guide being the authority on dealing with disputed commits. Even though the ports committers may have a knowledgeable domain, its pretty much our job to upkeep the document. A few people (kris comes to mind) will commit or have a user commit changes to it (usually after our review). Hope thats the answer you were looking for ;) > > Tom > -- Tom (Darklogik) Rhodes www.FreeBSD.org -The Power To Serve www.Pittgoth.com -Pittgoth Discussion Portal trhodes@{Pittgoth.com, FreeBSD.org} PGP key by www: http://www.pittgoth.com/~darklogik/darklogik.key To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-doc" in the body of the message
