I'm afraid not: the index mentions security twice. I can't find a general
discussion of security issues from a design point of view: it's done on a
per-bit-of-implementation basis.
I also spent a couple of hours fighting with Alta Vista looking for relevant
documents and didn't find very much. Any other suggestions?
