uh, sorry didn't see that Jordan already told about that.
BTW, here is what I've noticed: if you look at netcraft's report about
hotmail
http://uptime.netcraft.com/graph/?host=www.hotmail.com
it seems that they've added 2 more machines during the transition.
Which, if I interpret data correctly, means that they had to increase
their machine park by almost 30%.
