I think it's amusing that these concerns only came up *after* I made the
change to try and address the very issue they now raise.

How about the following:

FreeBSD Security Advisory - SA-00:23.ip-options
FreeBSD 3rd-party Ports Security Advisory - SA-00:29.wu-ftpd

(i.e. drop the second FreeBSD and add '3rd-party' to ports to *further*
disclaim responsibility.

If you don't like it, suggest something better instead of just saying so
:-)
