As one person who sees to much crap in a base install that a user has no control over. I prefer to have someone opt-in to bloating then force it on someone. As far as technical merrit which is better I leave that to the person(s) implementing the code. Ahhh I remember 2.1 days when my kernel's were ~700K :) ============================================================================= -Chris Watson (316) 326-3862 | FreeBSD Consultant, FreeBSD Geek Work: scanner@jurai.net | Open Systems Inc., Wellington, Kansas Home: scanner@deceptively.shady.org | http://open-systems.net ============================================================================= WINDOWS: "Where do you want to go today?"
