Subject:   Cpu Usage in 7.0 doesn't add up

It seems that the usage doesn't quite add up on a
system thats just passing a bunch of data. The system
shows 35.5% usage and only 30.2% non-idle. 

Which is likely to be more accurate? I'd assume the
em0 and em1 usage numbers.
