packet capture

We have encountered an issue reproducible on FreeBSD 10.3 with read-only NFS
mounts. FreeBSD is sending NLM_UNLOCKs when mounted read-only. This was
discovered because it triggers a bug in NetApp filers where it causes the file
to be truncated.

We can trigger this reliably when using clamscan to scan virus samples on a
readonly NFS mount.

Other FreeBSD versions have not been tested, but we did not believe this
happened in FreeBSD 9.3. I believe there was a lot of NFS related development
between 9.0 and 10.0, but I am not sure if this bug was introduced because of
those changes.

Attached is a pcap showing UNLOCKs sent.
