Well, is that timing or what?

Seems FreeBSD doesn't have to worry about writing its own .NET after all.

However, i agree most of the issues remain, including updating (?) some of
the development tools.  But at least one of the biggest obstacles might be
dealt with if MS really comes through on this one.
